The Process

We advertise.   This is the point where we go through hundreds of applications until we get to “The One”

First Interview. We will then have you over at our offices to have “The Talk”. Here we get to know a little more about you, putting a face to your name.

Assessment. Once we establish that you might be the perfect addition to our team, we will have a more technical test to determine how good you really are.

Panel Interview. Here you get to meet part of our team to discuss a couple of more nitty gritties. . If you get to this stage, you might be on your way to joining the Cubiqprint Family.

Position: Graphics Designer

Status : Full time

Report to : Business Development Manager

Job Level : Intermediate

Job Brief : Someone who will have the personality to thrive in this role.

If you are able to perform well in a growing team, we’d like to meet you.

You should also be a team player and be able to effectively communicate with our Business Development team.

Main Roles & Responsibilities

-Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations.
-Working with clients, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and time scales.
-Review final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
-Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the contraints of cost and time.
-Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
-Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and softwares.
-Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
-Any other duty as may be directed by your line manager and/or management.

Education and Experience

– Atleast 2-3 years in Graphic Design.
-Degree in Graphic Arts, Design or related field.
– Good knowledge in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other softwares.
– Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.

Key Competencies

– Excellent IT skills, especially with design and editing software.
– Exceptional creativity and innovation.
-Excellent time management and organizational skills.
-Accuracy and Attention to detail.
-Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
– Ability to work under great pressure.
